ACTIVE - THREE COMMITTEES WORKING
REIMAGINE Nolensville Road
Nolensville Pike is Nashville's first All-Access Corridor. Since May, over 120 neighbors have met three times to set priorities for the rebuild — safety first, then walkability, transit, and support for the businesses already here. Three committees came out of the August meeting and are at work now.

TDOT holds two public open houses the week of September 7th — Nashville on Tuesday, Smyrna on Wednesday. If you got a letter about your property, this is the meeting to attend, and we can help you prepare for it.

Density Questions
We are not opposed to more density. We're opposed to density decided without the input of the people who live here. Metro's new RN and RL zoning districts passed in December 2025, but nothing has been proposed under them in District 16 so far — and we're watching.

Who we are
16th United began in spring 2025, when District 16 residents gathered to talk about zoning and realized how little of the conversation included them. We are neighbors from Glencliff, Radnor, and Woodbine who show up — to Metro Council, to the Planning Department, to each other's meetings.

We are not a single-issue group and we are not against growth. We ask that it be done thoughtfully, with the people who live here at the table. When the Glencliff Road rezoning came up, Glencliff Neighbors chose to engage the developer rather than simply oppose — and the project came back smaller, with a pocket park, a turning lane, and a protected buffer.
